What I collect

When you fill in the order form, I collect your name and email address. You can also give a phone number, your business name and a short note, but those are optional. If you pay, the checkout asks for your name and email again, plus your card details.

Card details

Card payments are handled by Square. Your card number goes straight to Square and never touches this site's server. I only get back a payment record.

Why I collect it

I use your details to reply to you, build and look after your site, take payment and keep records of the work. I don't sell your details and I don't use them for anything else.

How long I keep it

I keep your order details for as long as I need them to build and look after your site, and to keep business and tax records. I haven't set a fixed number of years yet. Email me and I'll tell you what I hold about you.

When you agree to the Terms

At checkout you tick a box to agree to the Terms. I keep a record of that with your order: your name, your email, the date and time (UTC) and the version of the Terms you agreed to.

Meta Pixel and cookies

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It tells Meta which pages you view and which buttons you press (for example Book a call or Continue to secure checkout), and the value of an order after you pay. I use that to measure and improve my ads. It never gets your card details, and I don't send it your name or email. Meta may set a cookie (such as _fbp) in your browser and uses what it collects under its own privacy policy. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (the Pixel then doesn't load on this site), block facebook.com cookies or the Pixel with your browser or an extension, or change your ad settings in your Meta account. Questions? Email me.

On your device

While you move from the order form to checkout, your browser holds your name and email for that visit only. Apart from the Meta Pixel above, this site has no analytics or advertising scripts.
