Terms
Version 2026-10-25. This page is the agreement between you and Wrenade. Ordering means you agree to it. Each version has its own permanent page, so the link in your receipt always shows the terms you agreed to.
Build fee and turnaround
You pay the build fee once: a 50% deposit, or the full amount. The balance of a deposit order is due when you approve the site for launch. Turnaround counts in business days from the day I have all your content.
Revisions
Your build includes 1–2 rounds of changes on your preview before launch. If you want more, I'll quote it before I start.
Build refund policy
- The deposit is fully refundable until work starts. Work starts when I have your completed intake Google Form and I have begun the build. After that, the deposit isn't refundable.
- The balance is due when you approve the site for launch.
- If you paid in full as a founding client: you get a 50% refund if you cancel before the first preview, and no refund after that.
Founding offer terms
- A founding spot is 50% off the base build price. It is paid in full up front, with no deposit option.
- Care plans aren't discounted. Add-ons aren't part of the founding discount either.
- In return, I'll write a case study about your site, and I'll ask you for an honest review. Any rating is fine.
Hosting and the care plan
Every site needs hosting. Without the care plan, hosting is $10 a month or $100 a year and doesn't include updates or monthly SEO. The care plan includes hosting, domain renewal, monthly SEO, updates, small changes and a monthly report.
Care plan billing
- I bill the care plan monthly in advance, on your start date, through a Square subscription.
- Each month is prepaid and non-refundable. The work done in a paid month (edits, SEO and the report) is covered by that month's payment.
- If a payment fails, care plan work pauses until it is paid.
Small edits
A small edit is one change that takes under 30 minutes: text, a photo, hours or a price. Unused edits don't roll over to the next month.
How to cancel the care plan
Email [email protected] with your business name. Cancelling stops your next payment, and it takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. You keep everything through that month. There are no partial-month refunds.
If you're willing, tell me why. It's optional, and it helps me improve the service. The reasons I ask about are: no longer need a website, budget, closing or selling the business, switching to another provider, switching to hosting only, not happy with the service, or other.
Ownership and file handover
You own your domain and your site content. If you leave, I hand over your files once all paid invoices are settled.
Your domain
Your domain is always registered in your name. If I buy it for you, it's at cost with no markup, and you get the login.
Payment methods
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay, all through Square. I don't accept Zelle.
