Packages start at $250 (Starter), $500 (Standard) and $1,200 (Plus), and the care plan is from $95, $250 or $395 a month, optional. Need more pages or animation? I'll quote it before I start. Pay the build fee once: a 50% deposit, or pay in full. Turnaround is 3–5 business days for Starter, 5–10 business days for Standard and 10–15 business days for Plus, counted from the day I have all your content.

The deposit is fully refundable until work starts (when your form is in and the build begins). After that it isn't. The balance is due only when you approve the site for launch. Founding clients (paid in full): 50% refund if you cancel before the first preview, none after.

Yes, always. Your domain and your site are yours, and if you leave, I'll hand over the files.
You do. It's always registered in your name. A .com usually costs about $10–$20 a year. The care plan covers your renewal; on hosting only, you renew it yourself. Don't have one? I'll buy it for you at cost, no markup, and give you the login.

A small edit is one change that takes under 30 minutes (text, photo, hours, price). Unused edits don't roll over. Starter includes 2 a month, Standard 5 and Plus 10.
No, and nobody can honestly promise it, including in AI search. What I do is the SEO work that sets you up to be found: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap and, on Standard and Plus, your Google Business Profile. After that, your reviews, your competition and Google decide where you land.
